What great customer service – I still love it when they answer and say “It’s a great day at Bardi!” As luck would have it, my local guy showed up and got me up and running in faster time than it would have taken for your guy to drive from Snellville. But your service clearly stood out from the rest. I got calls late into the night – many hours after my original call — from some of these company’s that I left messages on their answering machines. If you keep increasing awareness of Bardi – there is no doubt in mind that you will win customers over once they have used your services. They challenge will be to hook them and get them away from that “local” guy if they have been in their home a long time (you feel guilty calling someone else after using someone for along time).
